I spent years building computer vision and ML systems inside biopharma R&D. Models that had to pass regulatory review. Inference that ran on surgical hardware with real-time constraints. The kind of work where "it works in the notebook" means nothing.
ZensAI exists because most companies with hard AI problems don't need a consulting firm with 50 juniors. They need one senior engineer who's done it before.
We take on the projects others won't: on-device ML for medical instruments, knowledge systems for organizations with no labeled data, production RAG that needs to be right, not just fast. Small team, no overhead, full ownership of the outcome.
